ZOOM ONLY: Panel discussion on the IPEd accreditation exam
Unfortunately, COVID-19 has reached the families of some of our panel, forcing us to cancel our in-person meeting.
Note also that we have switched the format from webinar to meeting, so don’t neglect the hairbrush – you will be seen!
Did you know that registration for the 2022 IPEd Accreditation exam is now open? Details about the exam, which is to be held on Monday 22 August, can be found at the 2022 Exam Registration page on the IPEd website.
Are you planning to sit the exam? Still deciding?
The panel discussion will:
- help you to weigh up the pros and cons of sitting the exam
- provide practical exam preparation advice and some relevant resources.
Panel members will include Dr Malini Devadas AE, a marketing mindset coach for editors with considerable experience in preparing candidates for the exam, and two experienced editors, one who passed the 2020 exam and one who didn’t.
Our aim in presenting this discussion is that you leave the meeting with a clear understanding of whether taking the exam is the right decision for you; and, if you decide it is, that you commit to taking some preliminary steps towards sitting the exam.
The discussion is sure to be stimulating and useful, so please save the date!
