About the presentation
Donna Christophers, Director Hansard, who will speak about the process of editing and producing Hansard, from the spoken word to the final written record, including the challenges involved and the resources used.
About Donna
Donna has worked for the Australian parliament for 33 years, including over 26 years with Hansard. Initially a Hansard editor, she then moved into Hansard management. As Director Hansard, Donna manages a team of approximately 60 staff who work in a fast-paced environment to transcribe, edit and publish the parliament’s chamber and committee transcripts.
