Understanding the principles of copyright is important for all editors. This is your opportunity to learn the essentials from an expert and to develop a working knowledge of copyright as it relates to editors.

Presented in two back-to-back sessions by ACC lawyer, Daniel Anstey, this online workshop will provide a comprehensive overview of Australian copyright law for editors. It will explore the issues experienced by editors across various industries, including the complexities of working with self-publishers.

  • Copyright Amendment (Disability Access and Other Measures) Act 2017, and the Marrakesh Treaty
