Readability tools are used by quite a few people to improve their writing. They can be effective at toning down some of the more bureaucratic writing editors often see from authors.

Brian O’Doherty will talk about one popular tool, VisibleThread, and present some case studies that show how it can be used to improve the standard of writing.
