Renew your membership

You can renew your annual membership by filling out and returning a renewal form and paying the appropriate fee (see below). Membership renewals fall due on 1 July each year. If you need more information, contact the membership secretary or the treasurer.

If your membership has lapsed for more than 12 months, you will need to submit a new membership application. Only current and previous financial year memberships are renewable.

Payment methods

EFT or direct deposit are the preferred methods of payment. Please use your internet banking or pay over the counter by direct deposit. Account details are:

    Description: your last name AND what it is you are paying for

    Include your last name so we can identify your payment.

We also accept cheques, but there is an administration fee attached (send them to Canberra Society of Editors, PO Box 3222, Manuka ACT 2603, Australia).

Renewal form

Use this form only if you are already a member of the Canberra Society of Editors and you would like to pay your annual fees. If you would like to apply for membership or upgrade to full membership, then use the membership application form.

Payment by cheque: Yes you can pay by cheque, but you will have to pay an extra $0.60 to cover our administration costs.
